CHARLOTTE COMPLETES LUNCHBOX RALLY

Year 8 student Charlotte (Lottie), alongside her father Simon, has successfully completed the Lunchbox Rally to raise funds for cancer research in memory of her late grandfather, John. Charlotte shared a special bond with her Grandpa, who sadly passed from cancer a few years ago, and was inspired to turn her love and loss into action.

Charlotte raised over $6,000 through a bake sale, mufti day, and other fundraising efforts both at school and in the wider community, including a movie night, all contributing to their participation in the four-day rally driving through the Flinders Ranges from Broken Hill.

It was amazing to be a part of this adventure with 81 other teams, through incredible scenery and raising almost half a million dollars for Cancer Research. I will never forget it, reflected Charlotte.

Driving Johns beloved 1998 Toyota Corolla, Simon and Charlotte navigated the challenging route, celebrating their grandfathers legacy and supporting vital cancer research. The College community is proud of Charlottes dedication, her leadership, and her example of faith, resilience, and service.
