PRESIDING OFFICER (HSC EXAMS)

³Ô¹Ï±¬ÁÏ is seeking a Temporary Part Time Presiding Officer for the Higher School Certificate 2026 (HSC)

Presiding Officers manage the exam supervision and conduct of HSC exams at a school. The Presiding Officer works closely with the principal or their school delegate and must be available for the entire exam period.

The Presiding Officer’s duties include:

- Managing a team of supervisors
- Managing students’ exam conduct
- Working closely with the school to manage the setup of exam areas
- Checking and organising exam materials before and after each exam
- Managing conduct of approved disability provisions for students
- Following NESA’s administrative and security procedures.

Presiding Officers must:

- Have a valid
- Use a vehicle with a comprehensive motor vehicle insurance policy
- Be available for the entire exam period
- Have an intermediate working knowledge of common computer programs including the ability to download documents and use Microsoft Word, Excel and access emails
-Be well-organised
- Have good attention to detail
- Be able to effectively manage students and a team of supervisors.

Presiding Officers must not work at any school where they have a friend or close relative who is:

- Sitting the HSC, or
- An employee of the school.

The successful applicant for the above position must be a committed Christian and be prepared to work under the ethos of our College.
